About
Dan Copeland has the internet in a box in his closet. He takes it out from time to time & dusts off the exposed wires, only to Google "Numa numa boy song" and enjoy a mild giggle. Everyone has their own internet at home, of course. Dan's, however, is built with care - it has just the right amount of whitespace, the backgrounds line up nicely, ALL elements are styled tastefully and, most importantly, his pages validate through the W3C XHTML validator. The user interfaces ARE welcoming, attractive and responsive.
Over the past twelve years, Dan has collaborated with a spectacular array of talented folks in the Ottawa area. He has been involved with countless successful deployments over the years, including projects for the Government of Canada, many private-sector outfits and a healthy mix of music & visual arts sites.
Dan takes time to ensure all work he does is accessible by any and all users that may come across it. If this write-up is being read to you in a robotic voice, Dan has helped make the web a better place for you to visit. If you like to print attractive, paper versions of web pages you visit, Dan has helped make that happen. If there's no more crumbs in your cutlery drawer, Dan did that. He made things run more smoothly. Dan's there for you.
