Yes, we are aware that we have a problem: we have an affinity towards hiring people named ‘Matt’. Besides his agreeable name, Matt Beaudry (or Matt 3 as we tend to call him) brings over 4 years of experience in web development and design to the bv02 team. 

His proficiency in many programming languages, software packages, and design principles is impressive. Plus, he plays guitar and we’ve been on the lookout to get the bv02 band going for a while now. 

Matt’s enthusiasm and positive outlook on life is contagious in the office and is always transferred to the projects he’s working on. Complaining appears to not be in his nature. So far. Give him a few months of hearing his name called at least twenty times a day and he might be changing his tune.
