Raised in the Yukon with few nearby neighbours and no television, Mika Trottier often had to find creative ways to fill her days as a child. Since hanging out with the polar bears that frequented her front yard wasn’t really an option (although she contested this with her parents on a daily basis), she spent the cold winter days indoors sketching, reading, and writing.

Mika’s interest in the creative arts made bv02 her “mecca”. The fusion of her fervor for the arts and psychology, her social media savviness, and analytical nature makes her the ideal Project Manager. Her art background also provides her with insight into the creative development process that benefits any project she’s working on. 

A jet setter at heart, Mika’s lived in Cambridge, UK and has travelled extensively throughout Central America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We’re hoping she stays put in Ottawa for the time being though. But, we know she would volunteer to open the Australian bv02 office in a  heartbeat.
