The bv02 team enjoyed a sweet surprise this past week, as the local chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) stopped by to deliver two Excel Awards in person and celebrate with treats and warm wishes.
Congratulations go to our partners Lex PR and the Canada Council for the Arts for their wins, both of which were Awards of Excellence. With Lex PR, we were honoured in the category of Communication Management, Social Media Programs for promoting The Winning Combination’s Bodylogix health and wellness product line. This contest campaign was an incredible opportunity to use the Bodylogix social channels to create longer-term customer engagement and generate greater brand awareness.
The second award was presented for bv02’s work with the Canada Council for the Arts on their website redevelopment initiative, in the Communication Skills, Digital Communication Channels category. We were thrilled to work with the Canada Council to advance its agenda in supporting excellence in the arts, creating a dynamic website that enables two-way engagement and dialogue.
IABC’s annual awards recognize strategic communications initiatives developed by Ottawa companies for local, national and global audiences. Their evaluations are based on an international seven-point scale of excellence for strategic planning and implementation.
