Less is more: the conference

Oct242012

“Less is more.” While this saying rings true in many industries and contexts, it’s especially true in the field of design, making it true for every industry design touches. That’s a lot of industries, including everything from web to hospitality.

That’s why on November 1st, ALT Hotel Toronto Pearson is hosting the “We Do Less” conference. Moderated by Genevieve Borne and bv02’s own Andrew Milne, the conference features famed designers Hunter Tura of Bruce Mau Designs and Karim Rashid, internationally acclaimed industrial designer, discussing why a focus on “less is more” is so important.

Best of all, the conference is free and open to everyone. To register, simply sign up on the We Do Less website for either the conference sessions from 2PM – 6PM, the cocktail networking event from 6PM – 10PM, or both.

If you’ll be in Toronto on November 1st, this event is the place to be for inspiring design conversations with industry leaders. Join in.
