As a senior bilingual consultant, Lisa offers over two decades of strategic communications, public relations, marketing, corporate training and group facilitation experience. Her project management skills, coupled with a passion for people, consistently result in successful outcomes for clients that range from not-for-profit organizations to profit-driven businesses.

From 2015 to early 2017, she was the VP of Enterprise Marketing and Communications for the Canadian Medical Association (CMA), challenging traditional association thinking and practices to leverage sophisticated, innovative, and timely marketing programs and communication strategies to drive relevance by demonstrating value of membership to Canada’s physicians. She continues to provide consulting services for the CMA on key initiatives.

Lisa paused her consulting practice in 2007 to be the Director of Communications and Member Outreach for the Canadian Nurses Association for seven years. She was instrumental in designing and implementing practical, effective solutions to challenges threatening the relevance and sustainability of the association. As Editor-in-Chief of their award-winning magazine Canadian Nurse/Infirmière canadienne, she knows first-hand the need to focus on topics important to and affecting members.

Lisa has extensive corporate training experience, and she is a sought-after moderator and facilitator of leadership and management training and strategic planning initiatives. She is regularly called upon to conduct executive spokesperson training for key clients.

Lisa’s career demonstrates the diversity of her interests and experience. She provided public relations to Bell-Northern Research, directed community relations for the Ottawa Senators and managed the corporate communications of Canada’s air navigation services at Nav Canada. Lisa has also provided communications and strategic advice to many community and health-oriented organizations as a seasoned consultant.

Raised in Québec City, where she perfected her bilingual communications skills, she now lives with her husband (and soulmate), their two cats in a century farmhouse in Eastern Ontario.
