Web Design and Development

bv02 follows a process for web development that has been defined and honed by years of experience and hundreds of projects. It is our belief that in order to effectively integrate strategy, creativity and technology a clear and meticulously organized process must be followed. By doing so client project objectives are achieved and business visions realized, on time and on budget.

There are 4 core steps in the bv02 process: Define, Design, Develop and Deploy. Each phase has numerous benchmark deliverables that allow both bv02 and clients to easily monitor a project’s progress and to interact in a collaborative manner. Our process is as follows:

Step 1: Define
A strategic vision is framed, the creative parameters are established and the technical specifications are defined. A Schedule of Work (SOW) with a project Roadmap is produced.

Step 2: Design
Preliminary creative work is completed for client review; web site architecture is mapped, required technical applications are designed and/or sourced.

Step 3: Develop
Technical build and integration of client approved architectures and creative designs.

Step 4: Deploy
Internal and External testing for Quality Control, launch of new Web environment, bv02 consultation regarding Web site management
